Longtime food court staple, Panda Express, was on a mission to overcome the “greasy mall food” and “fake Chinese food” stereotypes. As their agency of record, we helped highlight their fresh ingredients and authentic connections to Chinese cooking and culture with quarterly limited-time offer campaigns.

Our 2018 campaign for Pacific Chili Shrimp led to their highest-grossing sales quarter ever. I coined a phrase that led to national press coverage and helped create a version of the Heads Up game that was featured on NBC’s Fresh Off the Boat and Ellen.
