Insurance rebrand.
biBerk, a company of self-proclaimed small business insurance nerds, needed a stronger brand identity to continue growing its market share online. We revamped their brand from the ground up over 14 months of collaboration. I was heavily involved at every step, from writing their strategic platform and core values to the Nerd persona, brand guidelines, and finally launching the brand campaign with two new spokespeople: Berk and Berklyn.
The campaign resulted in 62% brand lift across 1M users and generated over $1.5M in incremental revenue over a period of 10 weeks.
